New Sparkles the Fire Safety Dog Pop Art by Artist Dean Russo

Sparkles the Fire Safety Dog's Keep Kids Fire Safe Foundation is pleased to announce Sparkles' new pop art by artist Dean Russo.

Brooklyn, NY artist Dean Russo got his formal training in The School of Visual Arts in NYC. His fascination of the urban landscape has influenced his work entirely. From his obsession with graffiti and street art he has carved his own version of pop art from the ever moving world around him. Asked to describe his work, he said, "My work is about motion and a sense of taking a familiar form to the next level."

Click HERE to visit the foundation's product page. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these new items will benefit the Keep Kids Fire Safe Foundation and the work of Sparkles the Fire Safety Dog. Thank you, Dean, so very much on behalf of the foundation, Sparkles, myself and all of the children and their families that you will help keep fire-safe!

Big news!

One of Sparkles and my favorite bloggers in the whole wide world, author and mommy blogger, Dawn Meehan, has posted a book review of our book, Sparkles the Fire Safety Dog on her Because I Said So blog.

Dawn is giving away some really exciting goodies to two of her readers, including a special edition copy of my book and audio book, Sparkles the Fire Safety Dog. These limited edition copies will be signed by Firefighter Michael and myself. The books will also be “pawed” by Sparkles the Fire Safety Dog.

These two winners will also receive several life saving products from Sparkles, myself and First Alert, including a combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarm, Tundra™ Fire Extinguishing Spray and escape ladder, worth over $100! All to help keep you and your family safe! Here is my fire safety dog friend, Tango, modeling with all of the loot!

And, cause I am feeling so generous and because I like Dawn's blog and her readers so much, I am also going to throw in a battery operated talking combination smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector from First Alert, worth over $60! The voice alarm is really easy to program even notifies you which hazard is being sensed.

How cool is that? Over $160 in fire safety goods for each of two of Dawn's lucky readers! So, tell all your friends and help spread the word!

Visit Dawn's blog HERE to learn more! It's easy, it's fun and it's free! But, best of all, you'll be visiting one of the most amazing blogs on the face of the planet!

Thanks to Dawn for helping us spread the fire safety message! And, a big thanks to our friends at First Alert! Working together we can help keep children and their caregivers fire safe.
